Betsy helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. She was very receptive to our opinions and our price range. She gave excellent advice about how to handle our purchase, and she always made herself available to us. We even changed our plans from looking at single family homes to including townhomes, and Betsy helped us make an offer on the home we ended up buying while she was away looking at colleges with her daughter. She was very knowledgeable about the area and made it easy for us to compare options in different neighborhoods. She worked quickly with us, but never made us feel like we were under pressure. Betsy will NEVER leave you waiting for a response to a question. You can rest assured that if it's a question that's important to you, it's important to her. At times, she had to have been texting underneath the dinner table in order to respond! We were involved in a short-sale, with somewhat unreasonable deadlines for all parties involved, and as long as you keep up your end of the process, she is going to get you to your closing. Betsy is so personable and knowledgeable it was a real pleasure to work with her and to have someone like that working for me. (less)
